  • A no-show or non - cancellation of a guaranteed reservation after 48 hours of arrival will be charged for one-night retention.

  • Taxes will be charged on Extra Person Charge as applicable.

  • The actual Tariff which is mentioned above can be revised without any prior notice.

  • Advance is non-refundable on cancellation at the time of arrival. 90% refundable on 7 days prior information & 50% refundable on 3 days prior notice.

  • The half-day tariff will be charged on exceeding 24 hrs till the next six 6 hrs and the full day will be charged on exceeding the next 6 hrs.

  • To confirm the room booking you have to deposit 50% advance 15 days before the arrival date.
